Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1)The box style(which you can choose from the normal box stylr accoring to the box shape picture);
2) The size of the products (Length*Width*Height);
3) The material and surface treatment;
4) The printing colors;
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q2: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! we will prepare the pre-production sample for your confirmation ,and the mass production will be started after your confirmation for the samples .
Q3: How long can I get the sample?
A: After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design been confirmed, the sample leadtime is about 7 working days and express delivery will take about 3-5 days to your side.
Q4: How long is the mass production leadtime?
A: Usually 20-30 days, rush order is available.
Q5: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Yes ! Normally the sample price will be high than order's ,but we will refund the extra charge fee of sample to you when the order placed .
Q7: Do you have stock paper boxes for sale?
A: All our products are customized ,we don't have standard lines available from stock.
